Most of the time, unless the videos are from youtube, you play the video and rightclick at the playing video to save the video to your computer.
Or there's a download icon at the video player.
Lately we use the filehosting website Gofile.
Depending on your browser you may have to click right -> "Save as"
Sometimes, it's a better idea do download an add-on like video download helper.
It's available for firefox and chrome browser.
We do advise to use the firefox browser to surf the fero website.
